This problem oriented seminar considers current issues in the field of medieval architecture in the time period from Late Antiquity through the Gothic.  Among other features, it seeks to improve visual understanding of architectural structure and design, critical thinking, research skills, and effectiveness of written and oral presentation.  Each seminar member presents a formal paper.  No prerequisites.  HA 101 desired but not required.  Registration limited to 12.
